This hotel is a little gem that offers great value for money. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the well-maintained pool area. The location in a quiet area, with stunning views over the port, adds to the overall charm of this hotel.

The water in the kitchen and the bathroom was also very salty.

Quiet location so slept well, 15 mins to Porto Petro restaurants in Harbour and 20 mins to Cala Egos further few mins to Cala D'Or These are gentle walking times. I would say you need a car at this location which is 50 mins from the airport. Nice peaceful swimming pool. Very good value

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The spacious apartments with separate bedrooms were perfect for our family. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals during our stay. The pool, with its stunning views over the port, was a great place to relax and unwind.

No negatives, everything was perfect!

Hotel Staff is very willing to help you out with the regard of everything, including car rental, boarding pass printing.

The wi-fi signal is a bit weak.

The hotel was great. Clean with very friendly staff. There were only 18 rooms, so we felt almost like at home. No big crowds at the swiming pool, rather was like a private swiming pool shared with other families. Close to Cala d'Or and to the marina in Portopetro.I would recomend it for families, but you gotta have a car :))

I had an amazing time at this apartment in Porto Petro. The pool area was upgraded and absolutely amazing with an outdoor pool and even table tennis. The apartment itself was basic but exceptionally clean, and I was impressed with the working TV, great shower, and the balcony with a stunning view. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Porto Petro and Cala D'or. I would definitely go back to Aparthotel Niu D'Aus.

Our appartment was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the the bay. It was spotless and was cleaned every second day with towels replaced. It ws in a lovely quiet area, only a short walk from the pretty vilage of Porto Petro. To go to a nice beach you need a car, but there's lots of free parking at the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff seemed to have limited knowledge regarding the local bus and how to get to various places and the reception was only open for a whilw during the day. These really weren't big problems.

Very nice and simple little place and especially a superb value.

kitchen is in very bad shape and using it for cooking was not really an option, no phones in the room, no staff around (locked door) when we check in and out

Set in a quiet and picturesque location, with its own territory, very nice pool, sunbeds, balconies, sound isolation inside the apartments is very good, separate bedroom, clean.

The water from the tap is salty, the nearest half-decent beach is 1.2km away, there is no electric kettle, only something small reminding old-fashioned kettle for making coffee, heater/conditioner is a bit too noisy

We loved the immaculate rooms with stunning pool views and the very helpful and friendly reception staff. The hotel was located in a peaceful environment and within an easy walk to Porto Petro's good restaurants, amazing beaches by car, bigger supermarket, or the nature reserve nearby. The private parking places and the fact that transportation was readily accessible were also great features. The coffee from reception was top-class and only €1.80.

The view from the room is beautiful. The hotel is on the good location. Quiet and clean. Otherwise a little bit far from the city center.

They advertise the room with free wi-fi. That was true but the signal was very poor so we can not use the internet properly.
